Change of Flag !!Change of Attitude ...?

In recent time there has been huge uproar ,sessions and discussion over change of the flag of the country among distinguished persons. The most deafening reason behind being: it describes the sensibility and represents Royal family .Does this reason alone signify the change and question its existence ? Had these people peeked over the history of flag their reason is mere flash in the pan.How could a flag define the sensibility of king and their family when its older than their generation?

There are always different interpretation of things.Does that mean take one which suits your needs and question the uniqueness , identity of the existence and ask for change ? Some people tend to take advantage of it to guide their ambitions, fulfillment of their dreams. Is it a dream of bringing change in country certainly not ;but dreams of getting into limelight ,dream of boosting their egos, dream of power .. so on.If your parents represent criminalism, will you change your parents ?I think no..I wonder if there is really any support from the public except from loyalists and paid goons who seems to call bandh at their will.

Well big thanks!! to festivals that have eased the frequent bandhs for sometime now. There is absolutely no interest over this issue in public and rightly so ,as it has no significance to them where daily living is the norm.Youths who could have some interests are out in foreign land .New Nepal and government brought
hopes of better lives ,security and developments but have resulted in no consensus over insignificant issues for almost three months now;playing musical chairs among themselves .

Will change of flag bring change over corruptocracy existence, change in their attitude ,change in their ambition ,change in dreams ,change in vision?

These are simple questions with bigger picture for the people ,future of Nepal and if "Yes " thumbs up to the change or else merely changing clothes will not change the person;it will just change the outlook .

Interesting paradigm --Consciousness Level.!!!!

Its been a regular routine from quite sometime during weekends to go LandMark when I am totally bored. The best part is you can browse around variety and umpty number of books. As a ardent reader I make a point to atleast browse through a book if I visit it.Last weekend suddenly I came across Power vs. Force by David R. Hawkins; mentions of hierarchy of consciousness levels,a really interesting paradigm.

From lowest to highest , the different levels of consciousness are: shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, pride, courage, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy, peace, enlightenment.

The level is not fixed .The level keeps fluctuating up and down. The levels are also highly influenced by the surrounding- PAC(Parent-Adult-Child).I look back my past to find that I have been fluctuating between 2-3 levels.
On positive front the model provides reflection of the self and urges to raise the consciousness.

I am sure if you have read the book you obviously know your overall level .Raising the level of consciousness requires tremendous energy and self consciuosness, is tough task in itself. The descriptions of each level are based on Hawkins’ descriptions however infused with my thoughts.Below is the table showing the hidden determinants of human behaviour by Hawkins, however I have removed "LOG" column which is a value associated at each level. The table clearly shows the hierarchy level , associated emotion and view of life at each level.

Power vs Force: the hidden determinants of human behaviour; David R. Hawkins,

Shame:
This is the lowest level .Just proximate to death(conscious suicide).Just self hatred.

Guilt:
Level just above Shame.Feeling of remorse ,Unable to get out of past transgressions(thought of suicide).

Apathy:
This level is the state of helplessness.Very passimistic view ,future looks bleak.Characterised by poverty ,despair,Most of the drought hit farmers are at this level .(passive suicide)

Grief:
This is the level of dependency, sadness, loss.People may fall to this level upon loss of their loved ones. They are in depressed state.Well it looks Devdas embraced this level.

Fear:
Level of insecurity.Lack of trust .Sees the world full of threats and harm.Needs help or some assurance to get above this level.

Desire:
This is the level of accumulation and greed.Materialism and Consumerism.I think reality shows all belong to this level.Smoking and drinking also fall under this.

Anger:
Desire leads to frustrations ,the fuel to anger.Frustration results from exaggerating the importance of desires. Is coupled with fear and hatred.

Pride:
People at this level feel positive however it depends upon external factors((money, prestige etc).It is a false feeling.Downside of Pride is arrogance and denial which blocks growth. It is an enflated ego.Regilous fundametalist ,soldiers are stuck at this level.

Courage :
Level of exploration, accomplishment, fortitude and determination.More optimstic view of life as exciting, challenging, and stimulating.Power first appears at this level.Career, self development, education etc embraces this level.

Neutrality:
Level of safety.People at this level are easy to get along with and safe to be around and associate with because they are not interested in conflict, competition or guilt. One motto that accompanies is "Live and let live".

Willingness:
At this level you are safe and comfortable .You are open minded .Though things are done better at neutral level at this level you try to do in best way.You become more disciplined and systematic. You are more receptive and open. You are willing to look at your defects and learn from others.

Acceptance :
A major transformance takes place at this level.Vision ,a dominant factor at this level .Setting goals and finding ways to achieve them.Mastery and discipline are prominent. You basically accept your role in the society.

Reason:
Intelligence and rationalilty are forefront of this level. When you reach this level reasoning capabilities are used to the fullest. This is the level of Nobel Prize winners, great statesmen .Einstein, Freud, and many of the other great thinkers of history calibrate here. Its obvious that most of us never reach this level in entire lives

Love:
Not to be confused of emotions. This love is unconditional and undependent on any factors. Its is not intellectual and proceed from mind. This the level of true happiness. It is the state of being .It is realizing the true purpose of life .It is the level of service to human kind. Think of Mother Teresa,Gandhi etc.Hawkins claims only 0.4% of the world’s population ever reaches this level of evolution of consciousness.

Joy:
Level of saints and spiritual teachers. This level is guided by intuition.Compassion is the dominant aspect of this level.Radiance of positive energy and just being with them makes feel good.

Peace:
Absolute transcendence, self-realization.Hawkins states only 1 in 10 million people attain this level. There is no separation between subject and object and everything is alive.

Enlightment:
This is the highest level of consciousness .The physical body is no more me but realm of consciousness. It is the fusion of humanity and divinity, the complete Oneness.Great Avatars for whom the title “Lord” is appropriate: Lord Krishna, Lord Buddha, and Lord Jesus Christ.

What fascinates me more is...just think!!!!any system ,society can be ranked embracing these levels .When you look back you can find association of different levels at different stage of life however you can find the overall current level .On overall you would be at neutrality level but certain lower level will still have strong imprint on your life that holds back.
Make a note to find which and what raises your consciousness and which lowers ? Then take a step to raise the consciousness ..Imagine a world of higher level of consciousness..............

1 KG Meat(Maasu),1000 Rs,Alcohol ....Nepal Bandh...!!!

In recent time, if you been travelling across Nepal you are bound to solve jigsaw of bandhs as so often being called by some individuals or party.I have been a victim of it and so out of curiousity I asked common individuals at different places:
1)Why is everyone interested in bandh?
2)Who wants every other day bandh?
3)What is the benefit?
to end up on one answer "Hajur ek hazaar rupiya ,ek kilo masu ra raksi deenush fataha lai nepal bandh hunchha "...( Provide 1 Kg meat,Rs 1000 and alcohol to local rogues ...Nepal bandh is certain)....
Well .. well....Wonder !! Ripley's believe it or not . The kingdom earlier considered most peaceful ...adopted to new repubilc domain just in a recent time embraces this feature gracefully..The chaos is caused due to varied, visionless ,personal gains and interests of all political parties leaving law and order in disarray.

When few years back people voted the new power to absolute majority hoping of peace ,prosperous future, they never thought the situation could become terrible. Neither am a supporter of any political party nor am a monarch enthusiast however what did this new change (government ) gifted us "bandh".Bandh has become the daily routine.Bandh has got totally new meaning. Is this the thing that we wanted after being banana republic.?
I really don' t think !!! so do most of u will...

Everyday- "aam aadmi--in Hindi"(Mango ppl-) suffer from bandh of absolutely no fault of theirs.
It is the outcome of reckless mind and lazy creatures. The leader (smart among the worst) exploits lazy creatures to fulfill his bossy psyche leading in disarray of interests. It is this very attitude that results in frequent bandhs for absolutely no reason(like some kind of minor accident, someone getting beaten by opposing party member etc)..does such reasons justify the need of halt of the nation?
So next time you feel need to exhibit power be ready with 1 kg of meat(masu),Rs1000,and alcohol ,you are sure to bring a nation to halt....

Why do people change?

Well ,ever wonder how and why ppl change over the period of time. There could be various instance and circumstance that leaves him no other option but to change. But basically there are mainly three reasons tat lead a person to change ..

1)To realize that what is done ,happened is enough.

ie he figures out that he has banged the head to the same wall for such a long time and now its enough. This circumstances result in most cases such as continuous failure ,continuous same scores etc

2)Ennui:

This is basically slow feel fo despair .This process is rather the slow and continuous tat makes the person to realize and he/she tends to change. The slow despair called ennui and boredom lends hand towards change.

3)Sudden realization that he/she even can do something:

In fact there are so many things that human tend to realize over the period of time.Over the period of time he/she realizes that even he can do that he/she has not figured out sometime. This realization leans him to different path and variably different world and thus finds him at the other end of road and changed
